Explora Multi-Search is a more extensive database with news & magazine articles.
Click on more on the Geography & Culture topic on the bottom left
Select your country. Offers an overview at top - filter for what you need.
You can explore other databases here as well, but the two above are the easiest to start with.
Type in your festival. Won't have them all, but some.

The World Geography Tile, then the correct region and country or type your country into the search bar. On the left, go to Food & Holidays.
Once you are logged in, start a New Project and then you can create Sources.
