Under Skill Builders

Use your school Google account to register for this site. Learning Express includes tons, but the two sites most useful for this project:

  • Career Preparation has e-books and test prep for a variety of careers.
  • Job & Career Accelerator helps with interest inventories, resumes and more.

Under Business & Technology

If it doesn't automatically log in, select EBSCO Databases and then go to V and choose Vocational & Careers.


Mostly video resources.

  • Filter for 9-12, and copyright within 1 year
  • Provides citations


Don't waste your time surfing Google.  Use the websites below.  Be sure and get your salary from Occupational Outlook Handbook.

If you aren't, log into the library home page.

Be sure to click on SM South, then log in on the top right of the top blue bar.

  • Click on Catalog.
  • In the Find bar, type in "__________ career" (blank is whatever your career choice is)
  • Click on Subject.
  • Click on the website tab on the right and sites will populate.
